You’re [freaking] kidding me right? One student in a high school tests positive and the Health Department treats this like an outbreak? This is outrageous. First and foremost, they should be offering free testing on campus maybe twice a year anyway. Second, it’s time for the school districts to stand up to parents and begin teaching a common sense approach to sex education. Hense, a combination of abstinence and protection for those that can’t keep their legs closed and their ding dongs in their pants. Intiating something of this magnitude opens up the possiblity of harrassment for any individual whether they have the virus or not. This is completely irresponsible.
