The court told her she had to, because to do otherwise was UN-Constitutional. Which, of course, all discrimination IS. At least if the equal protections clause means anything.

Why would 365gay repeat the Log Cabin Republican’s misleading comment that Palin vetoed an anti-gay bill, without including the fact that she did so because she felt she had no choice, and was clear that she supported the bill she ultimately vetoed?
