who's even more marginalized and even less visible than all of the role models profiled in this piece? would it have killed them to include a gay woman or person of color?

the logic behind this book is great - but let's expand that so that even more young people will see themselves reflected in successful adults. in the shots of the pages of the book being flipped i saw one woman and no people of color. the only people mentioned by name in this piece were all white men. can't we do better?
