It is a very personal aspect of someone's life, and we as an outside observer cannot comment on the individual's own personal experiences in life. What if their parent's reject them, or they become targets of harrassment or worse. Don't get me wrong, I acknowledge the benifits of having gay people in the public eye, just living their life. I just feel that it is something that the person must decide for themselves how and when to come out in order to best integrate the event into their life. I know I wouldn't have wanted someone to throw me out of the closet and under the bus.
