I think it should be handled like PBS. Content free for all, but at certain times during the year, they remind you that it does actually take money to produce worthy content, and take donations. I would absolutely give, knowing that other also were. Remember, a computer is a giant copying machine. That’s what it does. To try to price content any other way would be both unethical and a losing game, as RIAA and others are proving with ridiculous punitive lawsuits and no meaningful results other than bad press. Don’t hate your customers. Let them love you.
