Gay or not, Barney Frank is a bag of hot political wind. When I wrote him about the usurious behavior of banks/credit card companies raising the percentage rate two to three times that they had charged the month before I didn’t even get you a “F” you very much. At least Senator Dodd sent a windbag letter.
