I would find it much easier to follow Herbert Chan’s words on whether to rent in the city or buy in the ‘burbs without an earful of unnecessary music.
As a young man I lived in DC at times. But now I am glad I live in the suburbs in an area where it is fairly quiet. DC downtown is too noisy and too dusty at times. At my age near 60 the peace and tranquility of my area where no rushhour traffic can come through (three dead-end streets in the same area with woods nearby is perfect) and occasional deer is nice.

I have bipolar disorder and have been taking lithium for years. I found being around other people who also have bipolar is the most comforting thing for me. So many people don’t understand, but the people in my support group do.

Wow, this information made me think about myself, and I looked up Bipolar on another medical site for even more information.
