Anti-bully Law to Save Child’s Life
North Carolina has passed its contentious anti-bully law for public schools, joining 11 other states with similar measures. The American Academy of Pediatrics has also issued guidelines it says can save a bullied child’s life, that focus on the bystanders who witness the anti-gay remarks or abuse.
