Mitt Romney, the former governor of Massachusetts, is a bit slow. He just described Washington D.C. as liberal. Eight years of a Republican White House and the Congress in GOP hands until two years ago is not a good description of liberal. But hey. It’s Romney. Can’t hold him to any high-standards.
