This needs to be done so the reader can create an informed and objective opinion. I will concede that the website you provide does have a copy of the ad on its homepage. So in a way you did give a link to the ad; but it was not labeled as such. So the reader not interested in the organization would not have clicked the link but would have wasted time using a search engine to research that which you already knew. As Maher puts it, all organized religions need to be held accountable for their roles in the suppression of human rights and fostering war. Organized religion has outlived its usefulness and now impedes the progress of the human race. (As I mentioned, Maher's movie states the case better than I can.) I think that conversation is coming.
