Hillary was our candidate, hands down! But, she couldn’t win because of misogny. Who would have second guessed a Trojan horse…not me? Statistics show that Blacks are the most homophobic in the California Prop 8 Demographics.

What many straight people fail to realize is that it’s damn hard to live without BASIC civil rights. If you’re worried about visiting your partner in the hospital, or can’t adopt, or can’t secure health coverage because your partner’s employer only extends it to married couples, or whatever, then resentment starts to fester. Why should my child, the daughter of two loving moms, be denied the fundamental rights that our marriage would bestow? The government is basically saying that she is less than the majority of her preschool classmates w/every piece of homophobic legislation. I disagree, we should open our coffers…to the Republicans. They will use our money and our votes to turn out our hypocritical ‘friends’ from power. Doing this “Just One Time” will forever solidify in the minds of the Democrats that they cant do with out us and they had better be good little presidents and congressmen in the future..or else.

This wont delay the chance of getting our rights, on the contrary, if we dont do this the Democrats will just take us for granted forever and another generation of gays will come and go as second class citizens.

I think Obaba is coldly calculating and deliberate. I think the fact that we are publicly, vocally, and strdently PISSED OFF is buffing up his credibility as a centrist, and deflecting conservative criticism. Meeting our needs now would be a political quagmire, and he’s way too smart to fall into it. SO YES we are the little burros sacrificed by the JACKASS IN CHIEF.

Why do you all seem so surprised. No lying backstabbing democrat has ever done anything for the queers. At least Repulican leaders let you know where you stand and you can fight back fairly.
