Wow, what amazingly good news. I too am very happy for the lady. I hope that this case leads to a more reasonable approach to transsexual people and that we don’t risk losing good staff from positions in government where they are needed.

Fantastic outcome! Congratulations to Ms. Schroer on this victory. It’s so disappointing that after serving her country honorably she was treated in such a way, but hopefully this case will go a long way toward keeping others from being treated the way she was by their employers.
