So, For the whole school year the student “wore makeup, accessories and clothing typically associated with girls his age.” but they decide to enforce an illegal policy on Prom night? Whats that, a final slap in the face as the student goes into the world?

I sure hope they loose very big. The principal is a real bitch.

Why a guy would want to wear a dress is completely beyond me, but I have no idea why the school would be so up in arms about this. As long as everyone’s privates were covered Who Cares!

This is stupid. Why can’t people get over themselves? There is no official document that says males can’t wear this or females can’t weak that. Why must people be so judgmental? They are gonna lose for sure.

Letting a girl go in a tux, but not a boy in a dress? They are sooooo gonna lose. Kudos to the judge for not allowing the school to sweep this under the rug.
