Hey Menstruator,

Don't like the hetero breeders?
Since breeding is necessary to ensure a future human race is here at all and to ensure that we will have future GLBTs.....
Then those of us gay males and lesbians who are willing should undertake this task ourselves via surrogate mothers to help the gay male couples who want babies, fertility clinics, specialists etc to help the lesbians who want babies.

After all, no sufficiently large gene pool and no reproducing = equals guess what, no more future young gorgeous lesbians and no more future young handsome gay males walking hand in hand.
The young ones are our future of our country and our community. The source of future innovation and fresh ideas. Or maybe, Menstruator you don't care if they is another future generation of GLBTs at all.

I want future young GLBT people to be around us, they provide hope, new direction, new ideas, youthful energy and vitality and something that isn't just all middle aged and old folk.

And also breed IN SOME VIABLE FASHION or go extinct as a species.

And who will take care of us GLBTs when we age and need help? Must we one day rely on other aging and infirm GLBTs?

Something to think about, eh, Menstruator?

The Menstruator,

"Luckily I know about men so I can slam them daily."

I have nothing but respect for women in general. But (and just you Menstruator) I have no respect left for you at this point. I have had enough from you.
Here are some of your ugly, sexist past comments.

"Let's have man on man violence" was one of them" while just weeks apart it's "Oh, please, ladies no violence" re: a story containing women on women violence. And a while ago you stated your vision of a female-dominated world which is just as sexist as the old out-dated male dominated way of doing things was.

Menstruator, of oourse there doesn't have to be man in your life same as a woman will not be a part of my life, HOWEVER, at least I feel respect for women in general while you have no respect for men in general.

I only wrote this because I have become totally fed up with your anti-male nonsense, Menstruator.

The Men struator,

Pretty sure I told ya before I'm female. Guess you can't tell a woman when you see one. And, are you for real? You totally missed the point. Maybe try honing your reading comprehension skills.

It's great that Philly had a rally. That's not the problem. The problem is that it bills itself as "the first national rally since 2000". 2000 was a National March on Washington with 200,000 gays. I guess you weren't aware of that.

But hey, maybe you're cool with straight people thinking a national gay rally could only pull in a few hundred and gays are afraid of rain. Because that's what they're going to think when they read an AP article about a supposed national gay rights rally that only brought a few hundred.

I'm angry because this AP news article and the way this rally is billed hurts the image of the gay rights movement. I'm not letting orgs like this one misrepresent us anymore. It's time this top-down activism died. It's old school and doesn't work.

Have you heard of Google Alerts? Yeah, I have one set up for all news articles containing keywords gay lesbian lgbt or glbt.

This new fandangled social networking technology called Twitter and Facebook must be too complicated for the old folks. Join the Impact was created and organized 150,000 in 9 days. All online. It didn't take a big old organization. Not to mention the spontaneous protests in CA after Prop 8 passed that were organized instantly on Twitter and Facebook. It's the new generation's version of telephone chains.

Wow. People really slammed this because they don't know about it. Isn't that called ignorance when we hate something we don't understand or know about? Luckily I know all about men so I can slam them daily.
If you didn't know about this event you probably didn't know that a lot of the weather was horrid for us gays which makes for a bad turn out.
Meanwhile, and I hate to say it, I bet everyone of you knows about every sexy sort of party that occurs from Bangkok to Miami, meanwhile, something political and in a rather intimate sort of unplugged setting, that escapes you?
I know when you're sex crazed gay boy parties are AND the political events.
And for the record, much like our gay and lesbian film festival, or our Out festival in October, we have many people from around the world. There was a large influx of Russians and gaggles of people from the West coast.
I realize that being gay is sort of trendy and not being in the know sort of makes you a bad gay person, but no need to hate on Philadelphia. It is no one's fault but your own for not knowing what is happening.
Have you heard of google? Do your research.
I will highlight the forum on my show... shameless plug!

This happens again and again with so called major gay events, they advertise poorly, don't let people know and why didn't this site let people know prior to the night before. I've called all my friends and nobody knew. We all would have attended. Can someone please explain why we did a better job of getting people together before the internet? This is sad.

Stonewall was a milestone. The first gay equal rights organization in the U.S. was shut down by the police in 1924. The next emergence was in 1950. Many other things lead up to Stonewall. It is important to give those early pioneers who faced arrest the credit they deserve for bringing the gay equality movement into public view, leading to the Compton Cafeteria riots and then Stonewall, and beyond. We still have a long, long way to go. Contact your representatives, educate, and as Harvey said, "we must destroy the myths once and for all..."
