(New York City) A tattoo parlor employee who claims he was assaulted and sodomized by New York City police officers has filed papers to sue the city and the police department.
Michael Mineo says he was attacked Oct. 15 in a subway station. Officer Richard Kern was charged with aggravated sexual abuse and assault; fellow Officers Alex Cruz and Andrew Morales were charged with hindering prosecution and official misconduct for allegedly covering up the crime.All three pleaded not guilty.
Mineo filed a notice of claim in the first step to filing a lawsuit against the city. He seeks $200 million in damages for permanent and severe injuries.
The city’s Law Department is reviewing the papers.
This should be very easy to prove in court. I’m sure the victim has medical documents backing up his claim, as there must have been extensive damage done to him.
He’s going to be on easy street after this.
It is sad to hear that straight guys are sodomized by NYC’s police. They are supposed to protect all citizens. Were the police officers gay? Were they raping a straight guy? Or are they straight guys who perceived the tattoo guy to be gay, and therefor sdomized him to teach him a lesson? This is just sad. This happens all over the world, even in my country, South Africa, where gays are protected by the constitution and gay marriage is legal and no longer an issue. Sadly, there will always be people who will disagree and show their disapproval through senseless violent acts against innocent people. I say: sue them and let justice be done.
This is why i [freaking] hate America, these bleeding hateful, racist, double – standard, homopholic governmental system. I hate the way people are treated and as a far – left liberal with gay and lesiban friends i am tired of it! I hope to God the NYC police lose in court. It’s time to create a National Law to protect us from the police and to stop them before ghastly incidents like these occur to incident, law – binding people!

Oh, I see, it was two men having sex. It doesn’t matter that there is no mention of LGBT people in the story. It’s getting insulting that in a slow day 365 has to post any, and I mean it, ANY story. Because is rape between two men, doesn’t mean that is gay related.
He’s not a tattoo queen, or a queen. He’s het, and this story is totally irrelevant to the lgbt communities. The word sodomy does not equate to homosexuality.
Good for you man, and when you get done suing the city for all that money, then start suits against each and every one of those homophobic straight-fagot cops. Render them homeless forever, take every thing they have. Maybe they will have to sleep in the same subway they violated you in.
