Hate to sound like a broken record but the “morman church” has more secrets then the fbi & cia together!They are as radical extremist as the 911 terrorist.
That is not an overstatement people & they got hbo whitewashing pologomy so that it seems almost normal.There p.r machine never rests neither does the babtismal pool there are “the chosen” who
can spend up to 12 hours a day everday getting babtised in the name of hitler stalin kadafee & i would bet on binladen as well as YOU!Yes if your the “right” shade(white) I can assure you they got your name off family tree & if they havent gotten to your name its just a matter of time!
The fact that they see that as doing “the lords work” shows how these pedophile’s operate & how insanely brainwashed they are!As I said befor they won with subliminal shit in there adds equating gays with terrosit attacks & child murder!Time to fight back people they want to play dirty isnt it about our time to jion them!There the child mollesters the rapiest & the killer of innocence in all its forms.These survivalist nutbags have enough ammo for 3 wars they have massive wherehouses of food & first aid supply at age 8 we were taught how to remove shrapnel & set bones!

They coverty instill there “princapals” into unsuspecting minds.Its seductive naturaly with emphasis on the girls for freash breading stock! I apolagize for my spelling but as female my education was severly lacking.Except to childrearing & obediance to all “above” me ever male on the face of the earth!Ok so I didnt learn that one well.I ran when they came to oregon to retrieve me for marriage on a compound.For blasting there hipocressie I was “kicked out” told I would burn in hell.
To that I say thanks I aint sittin across a table from hitler for eternity!!They did such a number on me I pretended to be straight publicly all my life !
Not anymore so sinse they have no clue how to find me!! I going to fight them by bringing every one of there secrets out of vault & into the light!

See, I’m not defending the Church. What it’s been doing, is wrong. What has been happening is something that violates some of my dearest ethics and moral principles. What I’m defending is liberal Mormon *faith*. The right to be a liberal gay-promoting Mormon unmolested by the recent “hate everything is Mormon” trend that seems to be in vogue. You have any idea how hard it is to be a liberal gay Mormon in this day and age? I’m at schism with the Church. Most other Mormons I affiliate with are also liberal believers who are at schism with the Church. They criticize the Church, they want to reform the Church, and they condemn what the Church has been doing. But they still have their own fundamental beliefs that are independent of popular Mormon dogma concerning gay people. It’s like Irshad Manji being a gay liberal Muslim (with bulletproof windows on your home, no less), or being a Catholic who disagrees with and criticizes the Roman Catholic Church over birth control, gay rights, etc. (and let’s face it, there are a LOT of those). One of the definitions of cult behavior is when everyone instantly follows without question. When someone of any religion does that, it’s a cult-like devotion. But I have my own life, with my own mind, with my own sense of ethics, and I’d really like to see the Church reform some day, but my conscience will not and cannot give it a free pass to do the vile things that have happened during Prop 8, etc. I’m fed up enough not to give any kneejerk defenses of the Church as an organization and cultural establishment. I believe in the right to criticize. I’m practically nailing a list of complaints and criticisms to the door in a lutheranesque manner.

Well, actually, no, I don’t believe any religious organization should have control over secular matters. In saying I was raised in liberal principles, that was one of them – the firm separation between church and state. That doesn’t mean that the collective of citizens have the right to make a theocracy if they’re in great enough numbers. It means no theocracy is right. Theocracy is corruption. Church should stay out of the state.

Consider this. When I was young, I was taught that the Church believed that it should never tell members how to vote. But then they did. I’m still a “true believer”, but I think elements of the Church’s mortal leadership have let their human whims corrupt them. In that sense, I’m in a state of schism. But don’t mistake my faith for a belief in what they did during Prop 8.

Truth be told, the vast majority of religious parents have their children believing in their faith before their children can make a personal informed decision.

Its disingenuous when parents sell beliefs as facts. Especially when there is over-whelming scientific evidence to suggest otherwise.

Society should not condone or defend a church, parent, or religion that teaches anti-gay material and creation as factual in the information age.

My life partner and I were both raised in fairly conservative homes. Her family is Mormon and she still has a knee-jerk reaction to defend the Mormon Church. Despite the fact she considers herself agnostic.

The LDS’ church is on the far right and spins their dogma in an effort to justify their discrimination. Very much like many Christian Churches used to defend or condone slavery.

Make no mistake, we are currently engaged in a “cold” civil war in America.
On one side you have the American Taliban made up of the radical religious and their ultra-conservative allies and the rest of America (gays included) who still believe in representative Democracy over “Gods Law” and “Greed before Need”.

Dermot, I respectfully tell you that you are wrong. When any religious organization demands control of secular institutions, that is unacceptable. The time will come when those who don’t believe–or who don’t show belief–in exactly the prescribed ways–those people will be allowed no place in the culture. The LDS has very much worked on such an agenda. Do we need to talk about Utah south of Spanish Fork, down to Dixie?

Dermot, I have no problems with you believing in your religion. I DO have a problem when your religion spends tax-exempt church revenue on a secular power trip. If Mormons want their tithes to fund antigay referenda in other states, they need to do that through a PAC, NOT through a tax-exempt church. Churches need to follow the same rules as unions and oil drillers and pharmaceutical firms. If you want to buy access, you have to do it like everybody else does.

I think Joseph Smith and Brigham Young would endorse exactly the behavior shown by today’s LDS. I think that’s part of why Mormons were chased out of Upstate New York, out of Kirtland, Ohio, out of Nauvoo, Illinois, out of Missouri, and into the uncharted West. As imprefect as the unlettered people of the day were, they were still shrewd enough to know a con and a power grab when they saw it.

The Mormons, the Southern Baptists, and the Catholic Church have all made their intentions clear. It’s time to strip all three–and all other hate-spewing religions grabbing for secular power–time to strip them of tax exemption.

Then there is this bit of dark satisfaction. The Wasatch Front–the strip of Utah between Ogden and Provo–gets less Mormon with every day. Non-Mormons keep moving in. LDS power is being diluted, and the only way the LDS could stop that would be to make Utah hostile to outsiders. The LDS understands it can go only so far on that path before it hits their revenue, so they sell their souls for a little more gold. And they will lose their power because of their desire for it.
