(New York) The former Miss California who was stripped of her title last month has a book deal.
Carrie Prejean will publish a memoir called “Still Standing.” Conservative book house Regnery Publishing said Monday that it will release the book.
Prejean believes her crown was taken because she said she opposed gay marriage. California pageant executive director Keith Lewis has said that Prejean was skipping Miss California USA events while speaking out against gay marriage at unsanctioned appearances.Prejean was replaced by the Miss California pageant’s first runner-up, Tami Farrell. Farrell has also said she believes marriage should be between a man and a woman.
This is crazy! She doesn’t deserve that to be handed to her at all. What does she even really have to say?

Aren’t memoirs supposed to be written by people who are older and… erm… actually have enough important and interesting memories to write about?
The fact that she doesn’t means that this book probably won’t be reviewed very well by anything other than Christian newsletters and the 700 Club.
The fact that she was replaced by another bigot basically shows that she lied when she said she lost the crown because of her views. She clearly lost the crown because of her inability to work as part of the organization. I wonder if she’ll be sued when the book is published. Trump takes no prisoners.
Funny how the other shell that replaced her is just another idiot who cant grasp the simple ideology of equality. I guess the saying “all body and no brains” really plays well with these idiots. Then again all they are the sexual exploits for the old heterosexual men; what more could we expect from them?

I wonder if her book will be more intelligent than the answer she gave to Perez Hilton’s question. She certainly isn’t a moving speaker so I doubt she’s much of a writer…

Clever woman, still finding a way to “cash in” in some manner on losing her crown. Only I won’t be buying her book anytime soon.
