		<description>$380,000 doesn&#039;t seem much when you consider this woman&#039;s chosen career path has been destroyed by military personnel acting in direct disobediance to their own guidelines, and in breach of law, let alone the suffering and distress, and no-doubt ongoing psychological issues.

To my mind it&#039;s certainly not enough of a financial punishment to carry any significance.

A multi-million dollar settlement would have been more just, and would have acted as a strong incentive for the military to quickly clean up its act.</description>
