I’m getting tired of these articles about people using gay slurs that never actually quote the slurs that were used. This one goes even further to quote other things the person in question said/posted, and not one of them is the slur, itself. In fact, they seem completely unrelated and out of nowhere. They don’t belong in the article if the actual slurs can’t be quoted, too. I want to know exactly what he said.

“One tweet read: ‘My father got more creditentials than most of these pro coaches.’ That was followed by: ‘My father played for the coach from “rememeber the titans’. Our coach played golf. My father played for redskins briefley. Our coach. Nuthn.’”

Where the hell is the quote of the actual slurs? What are these quotes even doing in this article? That’s like writing an article that’s supposedly about health care reform (including a headline saying such) that goes on to talk only about someone winning Best in Show at Westminster.

This is terrible journalism.

To me, this is more than a gay issue–it’s a respect issue. This idiot has NO RESPECT for his coach or team owner. Based on that alone, serious action should be taken. The moron is undermining his team and ultimately insulting the fans as well.

I agree with the rest of you–if he said ‘Fag’, then report it. We can take it. I hope some of the ‘fags’ on the opposing teams kick his sorry ass so much that he will be fired for his on-field performance, or lack thereof.

Why are all of the big, tough hetro-guys so scared of us little ‘ol fags? Let’s see: on average we are better looking, better educated, have more money, and could take their women if we wanted them.
