All the more reason, State Supreme Court Justices should be appointed not elected. For better or worse, they need to be able to render opinions without one group or another threatening their tenure. Clearly, that would prevent the public from influencing their decisions.

So if you got married before the november election it is legal but if you try and get married today it is illegal.
That really makes alot of sense.
I think the real problem is people shouldn’t try and impose their religious or moral beliefs on other people.
Iam gay but I would not want to marry another man, but if some one else wants to then I say the government should stay the heck out of it.

Justices call be recalled in the state of California, but is this threat not blackmail!! If you don’t vote our way we will do everything in our power to remove you. Sounds like classic blackmail to me, which if I remember the law correct is illegal. So why aren’t these guys being prosecuted and placed in jail.

I belive these Judges are Presidential appointments and can not be recalled by the people. I believe they have to be impeached.

They don’t (domestic partnerships). They also have different requirements. They are also discriminatory towards straight couples.
