Just not now. But with the passage of 15 years, who knows who will be sitting next to them? If he gets the opportunity, I hope Obama has the foresight to choose people who are young and who truly value the US Constitution as the document for freedom and equality that it is. New justices will need to be there for a long time to balance out or try to repair the damage done by Thomas, Alito, Roberts, and Scalia. She's also reliably liberal and voted in the majority in Lawrence v. Texas (the anti-sodomy case). She seems like a fighter, I hope she stays on the bench.
