Sorry sweetie, that dog just wont hunt. Obama can issue a “Stop Loss” executive order right now to end the dismissal of brave, patriotic men and women in our bigoted Armed Forces. He doesn’t need the “approval” of Congress to do that.

Obama also did not have to instruct the Department of Justice to defend a law that Obama himself said on the campaign trail was unconstitutional (DOMA).

Read the goddamn briefs for Christ’s sakes, Yhitzak. His lawyers stated very clearly that “homosexuality” cannot be equated with the past struggle for racial equality. His DOJ states that homosexuals are NOT discriminated against…individual states don’t have to recognized same-sex unions anymore than they have to recognized underage marriages or incestuous marriages…government benefits to same-sex “legally married” couples would be “unfair” to heterosexual taxpayers who might object to homosexuality…the Obama DOJ’s hateful, venomous list of objections to our equality goes on and on and on, ad nauseum.

So, do yourself a favor by performing a Google search and then READ IT! Every f*cking poisonous word that his Department of (in)Justice wrote to denigrate and dismiss the equal rights of tens of millions of GLBT Americans as if we are just a pesky bunch of mental defectives making “imaginary” claims of discrimination based on “imaginary” claims of constitutional rights for perverts.

In reality is it Obama, along with his so-called “Justice” Department, and most of the members of Congress who, in reality, are the perverts. They pervert the concept of human decency and they pervert the law when they deny us our birthright of equality as American citizens. There are no…let me repeat…there are NO exclusions in our Bill of Rights nor in the US Constitution for Americans who also happen to be GLBT.

So, Yhitzak, surely you must be fully aware of how this “man” continues to subvert our rights. How can you not be outraged at this duplicitous political whore, Barack O’Bush? Uncle Tom… for pete’s sake! I’m a gay transman and I can promise you that I want to be able to use public bathrooms without having security called on me! I want to be protected from being fired from my job for my appearance or the way other people might perceive me! I don’t want to be discriminated against! Look, no one on the street or in the White House is going to want to listen to anyone who’s saying, “I want this and I want it now and screw you if you don’t agree with me!” This might be true, but there are better ways of expressing that notion.
