I worked in Rehabilitation Centers; where many of the patients/residents were/are TERRIFIED about revealing their sexuality for fear of staff/management retribution. This is ashame and none of us is getting younger...the problem will only get worse unless Nursing Centers realize their obligations to all patients, regardless of sexual orientation. I am so glad that people are becoming aware of this issue.
