I am a smoker and have had my smokes taxed to death. As of April 1 2009 my brand will go up a full $1.00 per pack. Tax the toys. That will not be an infringment. Not all kinds of tobacco are taxed the same so I don't see why the toys should be a problem. Frankly, there are 3 things the government could do that would make money. Let gays get married and serve in the military, and make pot legal. We would have the man/woman power to finish this war. Tons of money flowing into the wedding industry ( see Fortune 500 for estimintes ) and we would stop spending billions on a lossing war against a drug no more harmless than alcohol. Goddess forbid we have a nation of equal happy families and alot less criminals clogging up over stuffed prisons or fighting in the streets. I say go for it! Taxing physical sex items such as adult toys will drive business away from in state stores to tax free cyberspace. There is always away around taxes in cyberspace; especially for sex and porn sites located outside of the United States.
