Loading ...Gay foe sues over Obama citizenship

(Sacramento, California) Longtime gay foe and former Obama challenger Allan Keyes has filed a lawsuit in California to block the state from giving its electoral votes to the President-elect until Obama provides documentary evidence that he is indeed a natural born citizen of the United States.
The suit was filed Monday in Superior Court in Sacramento.Keyes ran for the presidency under the American Independent Party. In 2004, he ran against Obama as a Republican for the U.S. Senate seat in Illinois.
The Obama campaign countered similar accusations during the presidential primaries by posting Obama’s certification of live birth, and saying: “Barack Obama was born in the state of Hawaii in 1961, a native citizen of the United States of America.”
The state of Hawaii in October said that Obama’s birth certificate is genuine. The Constitution requires that a President must have been born in the US.
Keyes, a Maryland conservative radio commentator, was parachuted into Illinois to run against Obama in 2004. He has a long history of anti-gay rhetoric and during the senatorial campaign accused Obama of being soft on gay marriage, after the Democrat said he opposed an amendment to the Constitution that would ban same-sex marriage.
In an interview with the Chicago Tribune during the campaign, Keyes accused Obama of talking out of both sides of his mouth when it comes to same-sex marriage.
“He knows black people oppose gay marriage,” and he speaks out against it in black communities, Keyes said. “But he takes out full-page ads in the gay newspapers putting 100 percent of his support behind the gay agenda.”
Keyes has frequently spoken out against adding sexual orientation to human rights laws federally and in Maryland, and has fought against including gays in hate crimes laws. Keyes has consistently maintained that gay rights cannot be compared to the struggle for equality faced by African Americans.
In a 2004, radio interview Keyes dismissed a question from a WBEZ reporter that sexuality might be biologically determined.
“We as human beings cannot assert that our sexual desires cannot be controlled,” Keyes said. He said such a claim would “consign us to the real of instinctual animal nature– and we are not there.”
Keyes was equally outspoken at the 2004 Republican National Convention. During a convention interview with Sirius OutQ radio host Michelangelo Signorile, Keyes called homosexuality “selfish hedonism.”
Signorile then asked Keyes whether he considered Mary Cheney, the lesbian daughter of Vice President Dick Cheney a “selfish hedonist.”
“Of course she is,” Keyes replied. “That goes by definition. Of course she is.”
“If we embrace homosexuality as a proper basis for marriage, we are saying that it’s possible to have a marriage state that in principle excludes procreation and is based simply on the premise of selfish hedonism,” he told Signorile.
Keyes was roundly defeated by Obama in the race for the Senate and later joined the American Independent Party.
In 2005, Keyes’ own daughter came out and he severed ties with her. Since then, he has refused to discuss publicly his estrangement from Maya Marcel-Keyes.
The following year, an organizer for a conservative political action group founded by Keyes publicly linked homosexuality with infant pedophilia.
“The newest thing in Chicago, it’s becoming a trend, and you’re gonna find this hard to believe…sex with infants,” Guy Adams, of Renew America told an Internet radio show hosted by fellow conservative Stacy L. Harp.
Adams offered no evidence to back up his claims of infant pedophilia.
He appeared on Harp’s program to discuss the Gay Games, which had just concluded in Chicago and embarked on a nearly 30 minute with Harp to attack gays.
“It’s not enough that they have…you know when you engage in perversion, and homosexuality is perversion, we don’t hate the gays mind you, we don’t hate them, we hate what they’re doing…pretty soon that perversion is like addiction, it’s not enough, so you need to graduate to something else. You need to move on. So now they’re having sex with animals, a small group that’s getting bigger, sex with infants, sex in the street in Chicago out in the open, it’s just getting more and more perverted.”
mr. keyes sounds just like my mother, whom I have not had a relationship with for over 12 years. Maybe they should get married and bring down their hell fires on themselves for being such wonderful parents. Don’t let the door slam on your ass when you head for the doors. mr. keyes, and mommie dearest.
Keyes was just hearing about Bears and Cubs having sex. That’s what confused him about sex with animals!

The true perversion is hatred in the name of God. And it is even worse when a Black American does it. It shows how insidious and warped religious beliefs can be. It actually borders on psychopathic behavior.

But we should pray for Mr. Keyes. Imagine – he turned out his own daughter when she came out. Fortunately her college tuition was then provided by a foundation dedicated to America’s often failed ideals. BTW – I actually met her long enough for a handshake about 4 years ago.
But why would Mr. Keyes be so strident and hateful of Gays – probably because the black community was treated as less then human in the past, and in particular, the men were mentally castrated. And at segregationist lynchings, conducted by those good southern christians who still poison parts of southern culture, the black victims were also castrated as well as hanged.
Or is Keyes in total denial of his own secret sexuality? Embarassment is one of the strongest of emotional drivers and blockers of reason.
He and Fred Phelps should make a gay porn movie. The only problem is there would need to be a third gay there, to be the ‘top’ for both of them.

I’m particularly amused by the mutant love-child he cooked up in his underground conserva-lab, merging genetic material from False Dichotomy and Straw Man. Namely, this notion that the entire future of humanity somehow boils down to either imposing arbitrary restrictions on the private behavior of consenting adults (right on down to an obsession with sexual POSITIONS, for some of these loonies)… or watching society implode in an apocalyptic conflagration of de-evolutionary lust and bloodshed. No middle ground at all where we do our dirty deeds in private, and in moderation (as befits ANY recreational pursuit) so we can continue to lead productive and meaningful lives.
The position seems to be that literally any amount of lust or enjoyment, any amount of yielding to pleasure, consigns us to unthinking stupidity and thus contains the seeds of destruction. The problem with absolutist positions like this is two-fold: they’re incredibly difficult to argue in practice (as the proverbial “tipping point” could sit literally ANYWHERE on the whole spectrum, including having some Jell-O at lunch after you’ve already reached the minimum number of calories to sustain you until 6 PM). And two, they simply don’t bear out in fact. If personal pleasure always came packaged with a slippery slope, society would have died out the very day some (obviously inconsiderate to the point of anarchistic) Victorian had his wife go reverse-cowgirl instead of missionary.
As for Guy Adams: Someone better tell these fuddy-duddy conservative heteros to never again get turned on by the sight of their wives in a lace teddy (which arousal, innocuous as it is, DOES technically constitute a paraphilia). After all, by their logic, a lingerie fetish leads inexorably to sex in a hot tub, followed almost immediately by the irresistible compulsion to abduct and rape an entire Girl Scout troop.

And you can bet your last $$ that much of the leadership of the anti gay forces are closet cases.
Besides producing a birth certificate and having the hospital confirm that it is a legitimate certificate, what else or how else is Obama suppose to prove he was born in the US?
