		<description>Unless there&#039;s really obvious and widespread fraud, courts almost never overturn the results of an election once the Secretary of State releases a final count.  The executive branch is responsible for the electoral process. And most judges are content to leave it at that. Because if they intervene, then it becomes fodder for charges of &quot;judicial activism.&quot; My advice to *former* Senator Coleman: 

You better get used to being a *former* Senator.</description>

		<description>So how long is Coleman planning to drag this out?  His right to challenge the process should be weighed against the right of Minnesotans to be fully represented in the US Senate.  Just as Burris in Illinois should have the sense to avoid being tainted by Blagojevich, so Coleman should consider the appearance of his actions.  Coleman is beginning to show a sense of entitlement, and that&#039;s proof enough that he doesn&#039;t need to be in that office.</description>
