(Los Angeles) It’s official: Controversial Miss California Carrie Prejean has heard the words “you’re fired” from pageant boss Donald Trump.
Trump issued a statement Wednesday saying he sacked Prejean for failing to honor her commitments as Miss California USA.Pageant officials say Tami Farrell, the first runner-up to Prejean in the Miss California USA competition, will take over those responsibilities.
Prejean created controversy during the Miss USA competition, where she was first runner-up, when she answered a judge’s question about gay marriage by saying marriage should be reserved for men and women.
Kari, she wasn’t fired for her comments about marriage equality. According to the California pageant’s executive director, Keith Lewis, “This was a decision based solely on contract violations, including Ms. Prejean’s unwillingness to make appearances on behalf of the Miss California USA organization,”
He had complained at a news conference last month that Prejean was skipping Miss California USA events while speaking out against gay marriage at unsanctioned appearances.
Wow, this girl didn’t see the gift that The Donald gave her in initially “forgiving her” and ahe just insisted on fighting marriage equality. I guess NOM just pays better, but her star, even in Christian circles in bound to wane. 15 minutes is up Carrie. You too Donald.

Wasn’t she a no-show at scheduled events even before her ‘trial’? Didn’t she actively participate in promoting the agenda of an organization (NOM) without sanction from the Miss USA pageant? I’m not even going to mention the semi-nude photos which Trump found “lovely” (and didn’t fire her even though she had lied to hide their existence). I never said her views were a part of contract but from what I’ve read here and other places, the other actions mentioned do count as breach of contract.
Speaking of the Gay Agenda, anyone know where I can get a copy. I’ve been doing it with Gay guys for years and not one of them has ever seen a copy. AND, I did not get a toaster when I wuz recruited either!

If not, perhaps she simply *hadn’t* broken her contract at that point and events that have occurred since have resulted in her firing.
Donald Trump did the right thing. I’m just sorry he did not do it initially. Ms. Prejean is just a tad bit too full of herself. Good riddance!

Was Trump temporarily blind weeks ago so he couldn’t see that Miss Opposite Marriage was guilty of breach of contract even then? Why fire her only now that the issue has blown itself out?
