This is not a federal case, but a state case. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit covers Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, and is based in Philadelphia. Florida is in the 11th Circuit, which has already upheld Florida's ban under the federal constitution. This case is probably pending before the Florida Third District Court of Appeal (http://www.3dca.flcourts.org/), which is located in Miami.
