Issue the RFP for new management organizations for the shelters and the soup kitchens, etc...We already saw the mistake that a "DADT" type law is. Hopefully we can learn from history and not repeat the mistake of another "DADT" type rule. "Equality" isn't really equal if it has exemtions and qualifications...it becomes more like "separate but equal"...which is still discrimiation. Get the Church out of the business of the government.
