We went from JFK's assassination through years and years of the strangest political landscape ever. LBJ didn't seek re-election. Then Agnew was ousted, replaced by Ford. Then Nixon resigned, replaced by Ford. Then poor Carter inherited such a freakin' mess, but did an incredible job just cleaning off the surface of the mess. Since Reagan's "win", we have had the same people in office, over and over and over. Now it seems like it's finally done. The whole JFK thru Reagan/Bush chapter closed. Too bad Obama will have to spend so much time and energy slogging through the epiloque. Does anyone feel like the end of the Reagan era has finally finally happened?
