		<description>Burris shouldn&#039;t be seated.  While it&#039;s true that Burris isn&#039;t automatically corrupt because he would be appointed by a corrupt governor, it&#039;s also true that Burris&#039; words and deeds show a major failure to appreciate the power of image.  Why would an honest person want to be appointed to an office by a dishonest person?  Burris seems to grasp that, but gives the impression that somehow he should be allowed to finesse his way past this point.  How about NO.</description>
