I sun burned that location before. Stick to cold water and don’t get any lotion inside your eurethra it’s painful no matter what gets in.

aspirin, or tylenol, as soon as you come in from the sun. reduces inflamation which not only reduces pain but speeds healing

Peter: So everyone who goes out in the sun is in need of a brain? That doesn’t sound too well thought out.
I tend to use some aloe vera and/or coco butter after a cool shower, and get some rest.
It is possible, just possible, that some people don’t think about it. People who come to phoenix from cooler climates are a prime example.

You might try growing a brain, dear. Most of us learn about exposure to the Sun and sunburn when we are about 6 years old.

You might try cold green tea… supposedly it helps with radiation burns, but who knows.
