I’ve always said the best way to impact others is by example, not words. But, there are times when both words, example and action are needed. This is one of those times. Make it palatable, as many are frightened by the thought of gay marriage (they can’t necessarily articulate WHY they’re fearful, they just are). But, whatever you do, get involved and help make my 16 year relationship with my loving partner valid…. EVERYWHERE!

Why are soujourn’s comments missing? We of all people should not be censoring. I’m sure it was a horrible post and probably a closet case or as someone else said a sorry victim.

Either way, if censorship is the result of us having to register, I don’t like either!

Think of the economic boom marriage equality would bring to every state if it were legal in all 50 of them. Republicans of all people should welcome it since they worship capitalism, the free market. Its good for business, good for the community and good for the country.

We feel so lucky to have been married twice. First time on our 24th anniversary by a Catholic priest. Then again on our 40th with a renewal celebration on or 50th by two Buddhist priests (a straight- married couple co-priziding). Google Eric Marcoux and Eugene Woodworth for further details.
