Perhaps given the backlash against the idea of gay marriage which is beginning to settle across the land, it might be wise for gays to target a state worth emigrating to, and pass an amendment for gay marriage without giving straights a chance to veto it.

Isn’t it interesting in this great country, there is not enough room for people whose life story is different cannot find the same happiness as a heterosexual couple to create a stable relationship. Perhaps this has been the reason why gays have often had topsy turvey lives since they could not create the stability of a marriage. Now they attempt to do so, and the selfish straight folks think they have a mandate to prevent others from obtaining the same security that a marriage can provide two people.

Let’s see, now … the kristianist religion was founded by a man who was born of a (supposed) 13-year-old virgin, who was herself “immaculately” conceived (??!!), whatever THAT means; the Mormon “church”, a lunatic kultic offspring of kristianism, one of whose BEDROCK tenets USED to be POLYGAMY, is now agitating for the faithful to support “traditional” marriage; oh, and let’s not forget the pedophilic clergy of the Roman Catholic Church; as long as old men in watered silk dresses and lace dusters have any say about human sexuality, it’s BOUND to be a BIT kinky.

THEIR religion(s) are OUR problem. They WOULDN’T be, if the First Amendment was enforced with the enthusiasm the gun-nuts exhibit for the right-to-bear-arms nonsense.
