I read with much interest Raymond Castro's story of that fateful night at the Stonewall Inn on June 28th, 1969 and I can only empathize my respect for the courage and conviction he must have had in order to suffer the indignities and humilities forced upon him and all of the Stonewall patrons that night. We are difinitely in a much better place now, but in agreement with Mr. Castro, there is still so much more work to be done. I do hope his dream of marriage equality in Florida will soon be realized as well as many more states in America. The time has come for marriage equality!
