Concerning the "C Street House" -- If people are living there as a boarding house..is the "church" that it is suppose to be..is it properly licensed as such? It shouldn't matter that it is a church because as a boarding house it has to be licensed by what ever governing local government department that covers hotels and motels. I would really like to know.
