I'm astonished anyone really cares anyway which letter they have by their names. The parties (all two of them) really don't differ that much when it comes to not getting things done. They're all on the take, its just a question of the source and the amount.

After reading the comments on my local massively conservative (yes conservative, not Republican) newspaper, most of the general population could care less which party they belong to, they're just sick of getting screwed over by their elected officials. Its no longer a question of who is best for the job, but who is the least bad. Frankly, there isn't much choice between the two anyway.

I'm further astonished about the talk of revolution in the same comments section. When it comes right down to it, the parties are irrelevant. Back to the topic, this Republicrat really didn't run with the party lines anyway, so its not much of a loss.
