I don’t know why Palin was picked for VP, oh wait a minute, now I know, because she was a woman to get the Hillary voters.Dumb, air headed lady. I’m not saying that women are dumb or air headed. Sarah Palin? is a governor, I heard she memorized her speeches througout the VP presidential debate. She is quite strange as a person was doing witchcrafting or whatever, she is an untrusting biggot, just like her companion John McCain. Can you say, “insane in the McCain” -House of Pain. Palin Failin, no not for me,at least my candidate did go on the gay television company LOGO, and took questions about us. Where in the HELL was John McCain.

Well, I am way beyond tolerate! I want full inclusion. I was so touched that a female contestant on a game show talked about her “wife,” and the show’s host did not flinch. That is inclusion in its subtle form. I am tired of 1) being thought of as a “sidekick” in movies and TV shows, 2) hearing that domestic partner benefits are taxed at employers in my state (Ohio), 3) businesses treating us as if we are not viable consumers. These are all examples of tolerance, not inclusion. The GLBT community needs to be in Washington, starting with a new President.

On a more serious note, the very fact that someone in the McCain campaign would use “tolerate” with any sort of positive spin shows just how out of touch they are. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I have no interest in being tolerated. That implies, at best that they’ll be civil if in a cool, removed manner. I wish to be accepted and appreciated – embraced for the positive contributions I make to society – not given the cold shoulder.
