"Clinton decorated her Bosnia trip? Yawn."

The more we learn the more we see that Hillary has "decorated" an abundance of her record . . . and the bountiful "experience" that she touts is substantially "decoration."

Disappointing as that may be, it wouldn't be quite as bad if she didn't arrogantly belittle Obama while elevating McCain in the "qualified to be Commander in Chief" test . . . and her husband did not omit Obama from the "patriotic candidate" list . . . and her campaign staff didn't regularly belittle all things Obama.

No decent human being . . . not to mention candidate for the Presidency . . . is so rude and disrespectful to another highly accomplished person.

It is those "win at any cost" and “by any means necessary” traits that make Bill and Hillary legendary for their street-fighting tactics. The record of accomplishments they have achieved with that approach is quite short. A major casualty was the healthcare effort Hillary headed which, according to numerous sources on both sides of the aisle, could have been passed with a less opinionated and more cooperative approach from the Clintons.

It is increasingly clear that Hillary is determined to make sure she gets the nomination or, if she does not, to so severely cripple Obama with her highly-usable sound bites tailor-made for Republican attack ads for the general election that he cannot win. That would allow her to run again against McCain in 2012. So, Hillary’s political dreams are more important than the American dreams of the rest of the nation. Not my kind of President!!

That is why Bill presided over such a partisan presidency . . . and why he lost control of the Congress after his first two years in office.

That is why the CHANGE that Obama offers is so essential to the recovery and future well being of America.

That vividly illustrates why Hillary and those she chooses to support her efforts are not the best qualified to lead America now . . . or at any point in the near future.

If you haven't noticed that, then you have been asleep . . . which would explain the "Yawn" at the end of your comments.

James: "Ferraro’s problem wasn’t what she first said--the former Democratic vice presidential nominee in 1984 opined 'if Obama was a white man, he would not be in this position.'"

I see a great deal wrong with what she first said, and so did plenty of other people. As I said in my comment to that very post, James completely failed to grasp the problem with Ferraro's deliberately whipping up anti-affirmative action anger and slandering Obama as an unqualified black man who has advanced solely because of his race. Ferraro then went downhill from there, but she started off in a racist pit.

If this were about Obama, Whithers would be jumping up and down and calling Obama a liar - just like when he condemned Rev. Wright but denied that Geraldine Ferraro said anything wrong. Sorry, James, but Hillary will never, ever be president. Get over it.

Oh, James.

A little myth making is exaggerating your role in the creation of the SCHIP program.

Telling people that you were under sniper fire during a visit to Bosnia qualifies as a big whopper (per the Baltimore Sun).

And I mean whopper as in huge lie, not the cardiac inducing Burger King sandwich.
