Since Republicans believe in an alternate reality that has no connection with this world, I can’t figure out how they all know what to believe or what opinions to have. They have some sort of hive mentality or group mind. Well, group mind is giving too much credit to mindless drones, isn’t it?

The GOP does not deserve the dignity of existence.

Where does he get off in his remarks? Gay marraige and socialism where does he get the connection?

No wonder the GOP is the party of No and nor solutions. Just keep fighting the battle with gays and you ignore the real issues. You know like Health Care, Educaiton, the war, the Economy etc. But assume this must all be socialism also.

But really most repubs are about the combination of big business greed, mixed with the catholic, mormon, and right wing evangelical churches. Whose goal is to turn America into a christian Iran.

The last time this really happened was when the catholic church combined with corrupt kinds. The result was a thousand year dark ages, no social progress, and the murder of tens of millions of Muslims during the crusades. No wonder some still hate us.

And the other similar situation was when big business combined with big government and a catholic madman named hitler. And you know the rest.

While there are some good republicans, they are in a very small minority. An example is the head of the republican state senate minority caucus in my state. He was the only repub who voted for a bill that passed giving gay people some limited legal rights.

And maybe this was part of the reason that the bitch christian woman who keeps putting up a gay marriage constitutional ban quit the state senate. And has been replaced by a much more moderate, I am told republican, tho I don’t know about his support for gay issues.

Yes there is some hope. But particularly for the national party, whose base is the worst people in America – the right wing southern Baptists and others of similar ilk who gave us slavery and segregation, to hell with them.

If you want America to be a free nation, get involved now. The Jews thought it couldn’t happen in Germany, and ‘it” did.

Silence is NOT an option.

And of course I totally agree with your assessment, starting with the Southern Baptists going from D to R in the 60′s (when I was born, so too young to remember).

All that you list about what is wrong with the R party is so correct….and so sad. They can keep their name but need to give up conservative. Great comments..thanks.
