I was waiting for someone else to remember the well publicized picture of JIM CARREY walking down the beach in his “BORAT” style swimsuit he borrowed from his WIFE. Was he arrested? NO! He was featured on all of the celebrity news programs and even some of the mainstream news media. THIS IS BULLSHIT that the ACLU needs to have a hayday with! God forbid he let a nipple slip out of the suit! He’d probably have been stoned to death on the spot!

Oh yea he was biased. thats not fair and he should sue.. I do think this is hilarious and couldnt stop laughing the whole way through.

Maybe next time he should wear a one piece. Or a speedo

I’m beginning to think he was arrested on trumped-up charges due more to his erratic behavior than what he was wearing.
I think that perhaps he was arrested as a means of having him observed for psychological reasons for a short period.
Wearing the suit, which, really, every high school wrestler I’ve ever seen wears basically the same thing, was not enough to cause an arrest.
Following people about and banging on his chest and acting out of it is probably what brought on the arrest–again, for evaluation purposes only.
Which, really, though a bit invasive, is in the guy’s best interest.

While I don’t agree with what people were saying in Ohio, nor with what the police said, we can’t defend him just because he’s gay. There is something mentally wrong with a man who wears a women’s bathingsuit taunting other women to try and get a reaction. If he were in the privacy of his own home, in a gay pride parade or even minding his own business on the beach, this would have not been an issue. Clearly he has a different agenda and the man is desperately crying for help. I feel bad for him, but he kind of brought this on himself.

That is the dumbest thing I’ve heard in a while. First the guy looked good in the swim suit from what I could tell, and nowhere does it say he did anything wrong. The poster who said to check out the writer’s bio — I didn’t find it that “ultra religious” (except for the bible being her favorite book — that is a page turner); just sorta dumb.

what’s next — will i be arrested for *not* wearing a bra? this is narrow-minded bigotry at its most blatant. there is nothing inherently frightening about a man in a swimsuit, and the reporting had the air of a witch hunt.

EQUALITY: I’m sorry for misunderstanding your point.

John: No, because no crime was committed. Wearing a woman’s bathing suit isn’t a crime either, and the man in this case wasn’t arrested for that.

If you tell the person that you’re not interested in the baby and they try to force it on you, you can technically sue them. That said, you wouldn’t be entitled to damages since you probably would not be able to show in court that her actions harmed you in any way.

Criminal law and civil law aren’t the same thing.
