Withers: The Constitution won’t keep Hillary from working with Obama

If you have been paying attention there is an arcane clause in the Constitution that possibly could keep Hillary Clinton from serving as Barack Obama’s Secretary of State. Looks like Senate Democrats have found a legislative remedy.

This makes my head hurt by the way.
