This is a silly observation but rather indicative of what my old track coach stressed back in the day: always finish strong. The weather hasn’t been very good in the Philadelphia area. Cold, windy, and lots of rain. Both John McCain and Barack Obama have been making their final pushes in the Keystone State, but McCain cancelled his campaign stop yesterday due to lousy weather. Obama? Stood in the rain and did his stump speech.
Once again a minor point but it does point to the differences in how both campaigns have been run thus far.
A frail 72-year-old cancer survivor SHOULD stay out of the rain … he’s at risk for pneumonia and the ‘flu’ and all sorts of things. That said, he’s TOO frail to be President, everything else aside, including the spectre of President Pow-Pow Palin.

Obama looked great in the rain. Nice jeans and jacket. I would call him a “hot dude” but I don’t want to steal from the sexist republicans who call Sarah Palin a “hot chick”.
