Man, the next president better be a person that doesn’t have fearful hate in him or her. I’m tired of having aleader that says he’s good because of his or her faith but turns around and says mean and hateful things and/or tries to make it legal to discriminate agaisnt other people. They ruin it for sencere and kind people that tries to make the world a better place for everybody. Goodness!

Interestingly (and unsurprisingly?), as a result of theat poll indicating most people in CT support the ruling, the “activist judges” are just making a ruling in favor of what the population itself believes in.

What a joke! The BuschReich appeals to the Constitution when it suits them; the rest of the time, it’s “just a g*d-damned piece of paper,” according to the Resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. In a hundred years, most of us will be dead, the Constitution will still stand, and George W. Bush will be only be remembered by ANYONE as ABSOLUTELY THE WORST POSSIBLE PRESIDENT (past, present, OR future) THAT THE UNITED STATES HAS EVER HAD.

Bush so handily forgets that he was put into the White House by an “activist judge”. If Bush had an ounce of grace (nevermind brains), he’d immediately initiate laws that guaranteed ALL citizens were treated equally before the law, the way the Constitution ‘promises’ (the one you have, not the one Bush would like to turn it into). This would include allowing his Vice-President’s daughter to marry her “partner”. (Ugh, what a term.)

Since when were government benefits doled out based on the ’sanctifiability’ of one’s relationships? (And ’sanctifiable’ in whose eyes? I was married in MY Church.)

It’s time Rove/Cheney/Bush respected the constitutions that government officials are sworn to uphold as the TRUE will of the people, but that’s just not going to happen, is it?

Enforcing the federal and state constitutions is not being an “activist” judge, it’s being a judge.
