Like the baseball philospher king Yogi Berra once said: “It ain’t over until it’s over.” If you care about same sex marriage then stay focused on Prop 8 in Cali. Send some cash or volunteer for a phone bank. Would be a shame for gay couples to lose this battle because we were convinced of the outcome.

I sent him an e-mail letting him know I think he is unfit to teach law at a university since he obviously does not understand the concept of equality and equal protection under the law.
I feel so bad for the young minds he is now poisoning.
I thought we were losing, if we cannot organize ourselves when we are down, god help us.
