Here is an example of Barack Obama going the extra mile to get people’s votes. The town hall meeting is over. McCain and Obama, plus their wives, are hanging out talking to the audience. The McCains leave first. The Obamas stay and schoomze it up until the Secret Service say it’s time to wrap it up.

“McCain leaving right afterward was pretty shocking to me – even some of the big McCain fans among us were really surprised he did that,” an audience member said. “I thought the Obamas came off like real people much more in the end.”

Say what you will about Obama, he knows his positions and  peronal actions get people to pull the lever for him. Only a neophyte would leave like McCain did. Or a guy who really doesn’t want to win.
