Say what you will about Mike Huckabee, but he’s a classy guy. Just noticed the historic nature of Obama’s nomination (I think he’s the only speaker to have done so).
Now of course he is a Republican and a good speaker so he’s throwing out the red meat like it’s candy. Equals Fred Thompson’s performance last night
Classy? I think not. He said that Palin got more votes as mayor than Biden got when he ran for president. Biden got over 79,000 votes. There are currently 9,000 citizens in Palin’s town, and there were about 6,500 when she was mayor. If she got more votes than Biden that means that every single adult, child and infant was registered to vote and did. Twelve times each. Hmmmm….. Is that what we call classy math?
Could you fawn anymore this week over the hateful right-wing elements of the Republican party?
I mean reading someone here at 365 praising Mike Huckabee is absolutely surreal.
When he was still in the race, the main plank in Huckabee’s platform was “I’m the best candidate for the White House because I hate gay people more than those other guys.”
Yep, kudos for being classy.
