    • Walter Cronkite… never wore a hoodie nor would if he was alive and vibrant today…. journalistic credibility and his presentation of himself to the world enabled him to influence a nation.

    • Mr. Withers

    • I was informed and entertained by his “You Are There” series. I would eagerly await the program each week to see what “famous historical event or person” would be visited. He was a news person which you could “believe” and when he told us that President Kennedy was dead, there was no question that we were watching history in the making and we really believed that “we were there”.

    • I miss his kind of straight shooting news casting. I’m so done with this “infotainment” we have now. RIP
