Sarah Palin will soon be the ex-governor of Alaska. Last year’s Republican nominee for VP is stepping down at the end of July and will not look for a second term. More later.
I am waiting for the other shoe to drop. Not an Argentine lover or anything like that, but more likely some type of malfeasance coming to light. I give it three weeks…

Better for her and her family. The post of governor is too demanding. She’s better off by just being someone with a newly acquired celebrity status, not a politician.

I live in Alaska and I got to tell you, things are getting pretty crazy around here… I hope she’s not resigning because our State is bankrupt….
And to think she got the Sitting Duck award BEFORE this announcement. I should have been a comedian. Clearly the goose (sorry, duck) is still laying the golden eggs.
Unfortunately, for her next move Sara wants to be imPaling America with that big member she’s got hidden under her frock… start passing out the barf bags.
Run in 2012? What a joke – The woman quit her job as governor and now people are supposed to hire her as president? It will never happen.
Why am i not surprised at the attacks on Ms Palin already???? Isn’t it funny how she’s being attacked despite having never lied on how she really feels, like someone who happened to have promised something and isn’t doing a thing to keep it. If she runs in 2012, she has my vote already.
Inside word has it that she and Rush Limbaugh ARE the 2012 Republican ticket – Republican leaders are just waiting for the blood test to come back, to confirm which one is the woman, before making the announcement !
Just wait and see who the next governor of Alaska might be, if she/he is pro-gay and pro-all Alaskans, be happy. If he/she is another Sanford or Palin type, be concerned.
