Tiger,

:-) I try to stay away from the personal lives of people, but it sure is rich when Rudy starts talking about marriage.

Sincerely,

James

“Marriage, I believe, both traditionally and legally, has always been between a man and a woman and should remain between a man and woman,” said the guy who let the wife of his children know about their separation via a press conference..."

What Rudy really said:
“Marriage, I believe, both traditionally and legally, has always been between a man and a woman and should remain between a man and woman, until the man gets tired of his woman and finds another woman, and then another woman, and so on and so on, until he gets it right.” said the guy who let the wife of his children know about their separation via a press conference..."

James, it's not a low blow if it's true :)

I guess Rudi thinks the religious reich won't notice the slippery slope. Sweden and Norway had civil unions. All gone now. Full marriage equality. Vermont started the ball rolling here in the good old U S of A with civil unions and now see what they've gone and done. New Jersey if probably going to fall of the civil union hay ride fairly soon and New York is just by passing it altogether. It's expensive printing up all of those civil union laws only to throw them out after a few years of failure to provide equality.

Of course, Rudi may be hoping the President will have all of the financial problems solved by next year, successfully ended two wars and the hate mongers can get back to their cherished actions of spreading hate.

Got to love the hypocrisy of some heterosexuals. Protect Marriage from the Gays after we have made a complete joke out of it.
I give him half credit for being for "civil unions". Separate but Equal?
As for Missy Maggie Gallagher "break the media spin" Keep saying stupid things, You are helping us out.

James, it's not a cheap shot to bring up his messy personal life. Aside from the three marriages, and the frequent infidelity, don't forget that he's estranged from his kids. That's a lot of negative for one person to rack up.

He's an attention whore. He's not power-obsessed like McCain, but he seriously seems to need public attention. For all the good he did achieve as mayor of New York (breaking the organized-crime grip on waste collection and haulage was a huge accomplishment, and his policies played a significant part in the long-term reduction of crime in the city), he's moving to a point where he wouldn't get more than 30% of the vote from NYC. He's pandering so he can continue to get attention.

If only Donna Hanover had castrated him when he was pretty publicly cheating on her. I wonder what jury would've convicted...
